2026 | FUND INVESTOR LIAISON

雨树环球股票基金投资者联络

SIE supported investor communication and coordination for the Rain Tree Global Equity Fund. The fund is managed by Rain Tree Partners Pte. Ltd., holder of Singapore Capital Markets Services Licence CMS 101689, with SIE CEO Wendy Wang serving as a listed liaison contact.

SIE 为雨树环球股票基金提供投资者沟通与协调支持。该基金由持有新加坡资本市场服务牌照 CMS 101689 的 Rain Tree Partners Pte. Ltd. 管理，SIE CEO 王秋芳担任对外联络人之一。

2025 | SINO-SINGAPORE BUSINESS HUB DEVELOPMENT

中新（江西／九江）商务中心项目

In October 2025, SIE was identified as the global strategic investment-attraction partner and proposed operating party for a Singapore-Jiangxi business centre initiative. The plan covered Singapore operations, project sourcing, industry roadshows, legal and corporate services, and support for projects entering Jiangxi.

A related feasibility report for the proposed Sino-Singapore Business Hub in Jiujiang outlined an approximately 500 sqm platform for international promotion, company registration, advisory services and incubation. Proposed targets included a three-month development period, at least six investment events and the introduction of at least ten foreign-invested enterprises during the first operating year.

2025 年 10 月，SIE 作为全球战略招商伙伴及拟议运营方，参与新加坡—江西商务中心项目策划，工作范围涵盖新加坡端运营、海外项目搜寻、产业推介、法律与企业服务，以及项目落地江西的衔接支持。

中新（九江）商务中心可行性报告进一步提出建设约 500 平方米的国际招商与外资服务平台，提供展示、注册、咨询、洽谈及孵化服务；规划目标包括三个月内完成建设，首年举办不少于六场招商活动，并引进不少于十家外资企业。项目状态：规划与可行性研究阶段。

2025 | SHANGRAO ENTREPRENEUR EXCHANGE

新赣青年企业家商务与文化交流中心规划

SIE contributed to planning a proposed Singapore-Shangrao platform linking young entrepreneurs through business visits, cultural exchange and targeted project matching. The programme focused on green energy, digital economy, modern agriculture, cultural tourism and wellness, with proposed Singapore roadshows and entrepreneur delegations to Shangrao.

SIE 参与拟议的新加坡—上饶青年企业家商务与文化交流平台规划，通过商务考察、文化交流和精准项目匹配连接两地青年企业家。项目重点覆盖绿色能源、数字经济、现代农业、文旅及康养，并规划在新加坡举办产业推介及组织企业家代表团赴上饶考察。项目状态：合作方案与筹备阶段。

2025 | "XINRAO WIN-WIN" AND "XINXUN CO-CREATION"

“芯饶共赢”与“新浔共创”跨境招商方案

SIE developed year-round investment-attraction programmes for Shangrao and Jiujiang. Each programme followed a three-stage path: discovery visits in April-May, sector forums and one-to-one business matching in August-September, followed by negotiation, site selection and proposed signing activities in November.

The programmes were designed to connect Singapore capital and technology with photovoltaic energy, advanced manufacturing, digital economy, green technology, cultural tourism, healthcare and education opportunities in Jiangxi, with a proposed objective of advancing two to three cooperation projects in each city.

SIE 为上饶与九江分别策划年度跨境招商方案，按照“考察发现—产业对接—落地签约”三个阶段推进：4 至 5 月组织考察，8 至 9 月举办产业论坛及一对一项目匹配，11 月进入谈判、选址及拟议签约环节。

方案聚焦光伏、新能源、先进制造、数字经济、绿色科技、文旅、大健康及教育等领域，拟在每个城市推动 2 至 3 个合作项目进入实质推进阶段。项目状态：年度招商方案设计阶段。

2025 | EDUCATION COOPERATION OUTREACH

江西财经大学现代经济管理学院合作对接

SIE initiated cooperation outreach with the College of Modern Economics & Management, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. Proposed areas included academic seminars, industry visits, school-enterprise cooperation, cross-border education investment and talent-development programmes between China and Singapore.

SIE 与江西财经大学现代经济管理学院启动合作对接，拟围绕学术研讨、产业考察、校企合作、中新跨境教育投资及人才培养等方向开展交流。项目状态：机构沟通与合作洽谈阶段。

2025-2026 | AI CAPITAL-MARKETS PLANNING

人工智能企业 NYSE American 上市准备方案

SIE prepared a proposed 12-month NYSE American listing-readiness roadmap for an artificial intelligence company with an indicated valuation of approximately USD 30 million. The plan covered corporate restructuring, audit and legal preparation, S-1 registration with the SEC, underwriter engagement, investor roadshows, pricing, investor relations and post-listing strategy. SIE proposed serving as project manager for the process.

SIE 为一家估值约 3,000 万美元的人工智能企业制定 NYSE American 上市准备方案及 12 个月推进路线，涵盖公司架构调整、审计与法律准备、向美国证监会提交 S-1 文件、承销商对接、投资者路演、发行定价、投资者关系及上市后规划；SIE 在提案中拟担任项目经理。项目状态：资本市场顾问提案阶段。
